To change your order, connect with our Care Team

Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we'll do our best to process your request. Generally, if you request a change at least 3 days before your next shipment, we will be able to adjust the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders after they've been placed. On rare occasions we are able to make an exception, but given the speed of fulfillment and the perishable nature of the product we are unable to accommodate most of these requests.
